Udyam Registration is a new online process for businesses, companies, and enterprises that intend to register under the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). It is a new initiative announced by the Government of India to promote small-scale businesses in the country.
After registration, various schemes launched from time to time by the central or state governments are available, and only registered individuals can avail of their benefits.

Business Name, Type of Organization, Address,
Date of Commencement, Previous Registration Details
(if any),
Bank Details, Nature of Activity (Business or Service),
National Industry Classification Code,
Number of Employees, Investment in Plant or Machinery,
District Industries Centre.
