Rastriya parivarik labh yojana

Description

The Uttar Pradesh Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana provides financial aid of ₹30,000 to families who have lost their breadwinner (head of the family aged 18–60 years).

Eligibility:
– Must be a permanent resident of UP
– Head of the family must be deceased and aged between 18–60
– Annual income must not exceed ₹46,000 (rural) or ₹56,000 (urban)
– Family must be Below Poverty Line (BPL)

Required Documents:
– Aadhar card, Ration card
– Death Certificate of the head of family
– Income Certificate
– Bank passbook
– Residence Proof
– Passport size photos
