Shipping & Delivery Policy :

At Rangrasiya Production, we provide both digital services and custom physical printed products. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure smooth and timely delivery of both types of services.

📧 Digital Service Delivery :

• All digital services such as online form filling, certificate applications, digital card designing, and video editing are delivered through email, WhatsApp, or direct handover from our office.
• The standard delivery time for digital services is 2 to 7 working days, depending on the type of service and third-party processing time (such as government portal delays).
• In case of unexpected delays (e.g., technical errors, public holidays, or external dependencies), the customer will be informed accordingly.

📦 Physical Product Delivery :

• Products like flex banners, mobile back cover printing, rotating lamps, and other custom-printed items are dispatched through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, India Post, etc.
• Delivery time usually ranges from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and production time.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or checkout.
• Once dispatched, the customer will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (as per availability).

⚠️ Delays & Limitations :

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, public holidays, or technical issues.
• Rangrasiya Production will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
