🔹 Digital Services – such as digital marketing, video editing, digital card designing, online form filling, etc.
🔹 Custom Physical Printing Services – such as flex banner printing, mobile back cover printing, rotating lamps, etc.

Please read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy, which applies to both categories:

🔁 Cancellation Policy:

1. For Digital Services:

• Once a digital service (like digital marketing, video editing, digital cards, or online forms) is initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
• If the service has not been started, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

2. For Custom Physical Printing Services:

• Once a custom printing order (like flex, lamp, or mobile cover) enters the design or printing stage, it cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation is only possible if the design or printing has not yet started, and the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.

💰 Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

1. If the service or product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
2. If payment was made but the service or printing process was not initiated or completed within 5-7 working days.
3. In the case of custom-printed products, if the item is received in a damaged condition, and the customer reports it within 24 hours of delivery along with valid photo/video proof.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations:

• If the service (digital or printing) has already been started or completed.
• If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer.
• If delays, rejections, or issues occurred due to third-party platforms (e.g., government portals) or delivery services.
• For custom printed products, minor variations in color or size after design approval will not qualify for a refund.
